He provides solutions on issues ranging from flow metering, hydraulic modeling, I/I reduction, system planning, overflow reduction, and long-term capacity assurance. He has earned B.S., Civil Engineering, University of Wisconsin at Platteville, 1990 and M.S., Civil Engineering, University of Washington, 1995. Andy is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.
