Matt Noesen is a disinfection subject matter expert with Jacobs with over 32 years of experience working on municipal wastewater and reuse projects.  He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Mr. Noesen is a member of the Water Environment Federation and the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association. He is a former member of WEF member associations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and California.   Matt has managed, designed or advised on over 70 municipal and industrial disinfection and reuse projects.  Matt has worked with chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, conventional UV, UV Light Emitting Diode, and PAA technologies and/or systems. Matt is a registered professional engineer in 5 states and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).  Mr. Noesen is a teleworker based out of Olympia, Washington.
