Brian Arntsen attended the Catholic University in Buenos Aires Argentina, graduating with an agricultural engineering degree in 1985 and has a postgraduate degree in Business Management at the I.A..E Buenos Aires in 1994. He joined Lockwood & Co 1985, holding assignments in engineering, project execution and procurement departments, becoming CEO 1996-2002. He joined Zenon Environmental Inc. Canada in 2002, as Director for Latin America. In 2006 as part of the Zenon acquisition, he joins GE Water & Process Technologies, holding several leadership positions. In 2017 as part of GE Water acquisition he joins SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions as Global Domain Leader UFMB and in 2020 he was promoted to Global Domain Sales Leader. From 2001-2003 he was Section Director of Argentine Association of Sanitary Engineering Environmental Sciences (AIDIS). From 2014 till the present date member of the Industrial Wastewater Committee (IWWC) at the Water Environmental Federation (WEF) 2016 till present date, member of the organizing committee and wastewater session chair at the Food & Beverage Environmental Conference (FBEC). In 2017-2020, WEF IWCC, Food & Beverage subcommittee chair. In 2020 he was appointed Vice-chair of IWCC and will become chair this year. Brian has published more than two dozen papers and a speaker in more than 30 conferences and symposiums during his 37 years career.
