Hopkins, Barbara

Trained as both a lawyer and landscape architect, Barbara Hopkins is the Executive Director of the Green Infrastructure Leadership Exchange, a social impact network and community of practice that activates local governments in the U.S. and Canada to implement green infrastructure equitably. She earlier served as Executive Director of NeighborSpace of Baltimore County, an urban land trust, and, prior to that, as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Baltimore City Community College.
