Holly leads Brown and Caldwell's Management Consulting National Specialty Practice. She brings more than 25 years of water industry experience, including work development of strategic engagement services at BC. Her strategic engagement, communications, team development, and planning facilitates alignment and support to meet organizational and stakeholder needs on our most complex water challenges. Holly integrates strategy and internal team alignment with customizedframeworks that enhance communications and adoption. She has developed a strong reputation for delivery amongst many leading agencies advancing one-water solutions, strategic plans and internal alignment to support organizational and external results. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and is an award-winning communications leader.
