Mike Brink is Utility Management Servcies Business Class Lead for Missouri and Kansaswith HDR, Inc. He is an organizational development and business process improvement leader with more than 25 years of experience providing consulting services to public sector entities across a range of functions including water, wastewater, stormwater, permitting, public works, and general municipal governance. He has led projects focusing on strategic planning, process improvement, project management, technology development and implementation, and strategic sourcing. He has a Masters from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University - Bloomington.
