Roy Coley serves as the Director of Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, recognized as one of the largest water and sewer utilities in the US, providing services to 2.8 million residents. His responsibilities include managing Miami-Dade's largest Capital Improvement Plan, worth a staggering $7.8 billion and the management of nearly 3,000 employees.
