Shiao, Jessica

Jessica Shiao, PE, PMP is currently the Supervisor of the Systems Assessment Section in the Planning Branch within the Department of Engineering and Technical Services (DETS) at DC Water, the water/wastewater utility that serves the District of Columbia. She manages a team that supports the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project planning and delivery by reviewing hydraulic capabilities of DC Water's water and sewer buried infrastructure, implementing and analyzinginspection and condition assessment of linear assets, and developing the information systems used to manage and share the collected condition assessment data. Prior to this, she worked at WSSC Water as a Wastewater Network Asset Strategy Manager. She has a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
