Ryan, Kendall

Mr. Ryan is a firm associate and manages Freese and Nichols Water and WastewaterMaster Planning group across Florida and Southeast Texas. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and specializes in water and wastewater hydraulic modeling andmaster planning. He has 12 years of experience and has developed more than 25 water and wastewaterplanning and modeling studies for municipal and county clients across Texas and Florida, includingfacility consolidation studies, sanitary sewer evaluation studies, and water and wastewater impact fees. Kendall is a past president of the Water Environment Association of Texas Southeast Section.
