Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University Master of Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University Professional Engineer, North Carolina and Virginia Steve has more than thirty seven years of experience covering a wide spectrum of water and wastewater utility engineering and public works management, from detailed analysis, design and construction of individual public infrastructure projects, to serving as the director of the Town of Cary NCs public works, utilities, and water resources departments. He has overseen several large utility infrastructure programs and been actively engaged in regional and state-wide working groups and efforts on a variety of long-range planning, environmental and regulatory topics over his career.
