Barlock, Rachael
Rachael Barlock is a water resources engineer in the Environment and Infrastructure group at the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments. Rachael received her B.S. in environmental engineering and her M.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2011 and 2013, respectively. Rachael works on a variety of water infrastructure topics including regional infrastructure coordination, climate resiliency and stormwater management, and drinking water monitoring at SEMCOG.
