Ms. Panicker is a Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional working for the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA). Mini has over 25 years of professional experience. She works at the Systems Control Center (SCC) which is the nerve center of GLWA and manages many multi-million Capital Improvement Projects. Mini received her Bachelors degree from India and Masters from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Mini and her husband George live in Rochester Hills, MI; they have a son who is a Resident Physician at University of Florida College of Medicine.
